Who are we?
Legal Policy Consultants was established in 1987 by Robert S. O'Neal, President and Principal Consultant.
Mr. O'Neal is a world-recognized criminologist and planner, spending over 20 years in law enforcement, public policy analysis, judicial management, and strategic planning. He has been recognized by Marquis Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in the US, and Who's Who in the South and Southeast.
He has received awards from the U.S. Dept of Justice, National Institute of Juvenile Judges, and the coveted Commissioner's Cup from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
His vision by starting LPC was to provide affordable public policy analysis, technical assistance, and government relations consulting to both public and private entities in order to enhance partnerships between government entities and private sector businesses.
O'Neal found that more often than not, public safety issues are never proactively approached unless a crisis arises, then all affected parties rush to get a quick solution. LPC provides quick response consulting services tailored to the specific time and content needs of clients.
LPC offers free initial consultations and scoping plans, progressive service methods, and comprehensive consulting services offered by certified experts in the policy area needed and specified by the client.
